A mixture of well-tempered sheep and cantankerous goat, this fun textured bulky yarn will add a unique touch to your project! This yarn is made by plying a thick naturally light colored Romney wool around a core of thin-spun black goat wool, giving a fun spiral that shows off both fibers playfully. Two skeins available, measuring approximately 77 yards each in a size 5 bulky weight (7wpi). This is a limited-edition yarn; the goat fiber came from Blackberry Patch Farms in Washington state as a gift when I purchased some other wool of theirs. I was told that the goat was a cantankerous animal who took its job of weed control a little too seriously.
